We are one of the few companies in the industry who is ISO certified. What this means to our customers is that we have a program in place to continually improve our operation. With this tool we track production, record any problems, take corrective actions and follow up on effectiveness all in an effort to consistently improve the service we provide. Certification will benefit our customers by improving their internal efficiency and lowering their costs |
Environment
Schupan & Sons, Inc. adheres to the highest environmental standards placed on our industry. We are proactive in understanding how we can best serve our customers while protecting our earth. One major environmental concern is waste oils and fluids that contaminate the scrap material. Accounts that have such material are provided with non-leaking boxes. This equipment eliminates unsafe, unsightly oils and fluids at your facility. Ultimately, material with fluids returns to our yard. All waste oils are a threat to the environment and are regulated by the E.P.A.
Internal Safety / External (Customer) Safety
All Schupan Employees are thoroughly trained to ensure our employees and customers a comfortable and safe work environment. Schupan account managers will do consistent safety audits on your scrap removal procedures to help insure your employees wellbeing.
