Kalamazoo, MI – May 7, 2025 – Schupan and Sons, Inc. announced today the promotion of Rachel Dejtiranukul to Vice President of Operations for its Materials Trading team. Rachel brings 18 years of experience in the metals recycling industry to this role.
Prior to joining Schupan in 2023, Rachel held key positions at the David J Joseph Company, most recently serving as Business Development Manager and Export Manager. During her tenure at Schupan, she has gained extensive experience in strategic planning, client relations, and international market development.
In her new role as VP of Operations, Rachel will be responsible for implementing process and performance improvements, leading projects and the operations team, and working with other leaders to align company initiatives.
